Terms & Conditions
- All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. All prices, models and specifications are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
- Payment is due at time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
- Payments on Accounts are net 15 days from date of invoice.
- Labor Rates are based on a ten-hour day. Overtime is calculated at 1 1/2 times hourly rate. 2 times hourly rate applies after 14 hours/day.
- Client agrees to pay all costs of transportation, insurance, taxes, license fees, custom duties and other charges related hereto and to the extent of which are paid by Production Outfitters, Inc. Such costs will be invoiced to the customer and become part of the total due.
- Client agrees to pay all costs and fees associated with collection of unpaid balance.
- Cancellation Policy: Within 24 hours of call time Client pays 100% of rate. Within 48 to 72 hours of call time Client pays 50% of rate.
- Multi-cams and/or Multi-crew jobs may be subject to Production Coordination Fee and/or Insurance fee which will be determined on a case by case basis.
- All productions will be shot in the 16×9 aspect ratio unless specified by the client in writing.
- Production Outfitters reserves the right to hold original tapes and/or masters until full payment of account balance.
- The above terms and conditions are effective from January 1, 1998 and supersede all prior terms and conditions previously published by Production Outfitters, Inc. and by this reference are incorporated into every Invoice, Contract, Work Order and Deal Memo between Production Outfitters, Inc. and its Clients.
- Rates, Terms and Conditions are negotiable per job and will be confirmed either contractually or with a deal memo.
