His sound gear is meticulously maintained and ready for anything that might get thrown at him. Four channel wireless, wireless to the camera, wireless IFB it doesn’t matter. His excellent technical skills along with a positive, easygoing attitude and strong work ethic make him an invaluable member of every crew he works on. His behind the scenes work for the EPKs on feature films has been marked by impeccable set etiquette and always being ready for the shot. Aside from his A2 Bag that has lots of sound accessories and backup, his standard equipment is a PSC Alpha Mixer 4, Lectrosonics 401 dual diversity frequency agile wireless lavs, Senneheiser shotguns and matching Sony Hardwire ECM 77 lavs. Erik has been working for Production Outfitters since 2002 in lighting, grip and sound and he is a member in good standing with the IATSE Local 480.
